I had a great stay here! the breakfast was delicious and satisfying, and the check-in process was seamless. Plus, there’s convenient on-site parking. It took me about 20 minutes to walk to the bus station. 🚌.

It was in the central location to art museums. It was 1 km from Burger King, offering quick-service food.

The hotel had magnificent location just next door to the centre of Dusseldorf, the center of the city, and Old Town, Airport, Rhine and places to eat. The food was fresh and the breakfast was savoury and fantastic. The service was good, including a smooth check-in.

Marvelous and unbeatable setting in a very quiet area. Short walk to metro and hop-on/hop-off tour bus stop. Freshly made food in the restaurants like Fishbones, located just 10 minutes away.

the hotel was a welcome base for enjoying a residential area. all in all, good value. location nearby a train station. we visited rheinturm that was right by the venue.

Hotel was very clean. The setting was walking distance to Duesseldorf Art Academy and other tourist destinations. Pempelfort district certainly deserves to be visited

The restaurant is clean, the room is spacious with a good shower, and there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, making it an excellent and exceptionally convenient location.

This hotel met all our requirements,The staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean and tidy. It was a quiet hotel near to all transport links. The reception staff went out of their way to assist us with our enquiries and obtaining information for us.This all made our trip most enjoyable.

I really did not like my stay at the hotel Imperial in Dusseldorf

I found the hotel staff totally negative and unhelpful, and everything I asked for I was told it could not be done. I asked for a Coca Cola with ice to be sent to my room. The reply was that I have to come down to reception to fetch it myself. I asked at reception for a few ice cubes for my drink and was told the hotel does not supply ice cubes. As I am a diabetic I travel with insulin which requires refrigeration. My rooms mini-bar did not have a freezer. I asked if my ice pack could be placed in the hotel freezer as I was leaving the next day and was told they have no freezer. After I showed my anger they agreed to place the ice pack in their freezer. When I paid my bill at check-out I was given my change in dozens of small coins as they said they have no banknotes. Finally the system they have for opening and shutting their undergraound parking is so inconvenient and one needs to climb up the ramp over and over again in order to get the gate opened., as nobody monitors the gate.

Friendly staff, made welcome, no fuss

The rooms were airy and spotless. the beds were good. the breakfast was tasty. the check-in was smooth. Free Wi-Fi was available throughout the property. Central location of this good business hotel was a bonus. the bar area was pleasant, I really enjoyed it.

I really liked the hotel. It was really clean and the rooms were completely equipped. Maybe, the only thing missing were tea/coffee facilities available in the room (German hotels used to have them). Great location (a bit away from city centre but in a better area), near the river and subway station. Hotel staff were very friendly and breakfast was great!.
